Yes we are packrats at The Garment District and we have been saving up stuff for the last 20 years. It's about time for a spring cleaning. On Saturday April 29th & Sunday April 30th from 9AM - 3PM we will be having a one-time warehouse sale in the building behind The Garment District. We will not be selling clothing at this sale though everyone is very welcome to shop for clothing at The Garment District & Dollar-A-Pound+. Instead we will be selling clothing racks, desks, display cases, carts, furniture, converyor parts, bins, a pallet jack, bike parts, cd cases, file cabinets, tables, printing equiptment, office partitions, chairs, shelves, records, supplies, manequin pieces, a baby grand piano, bric-a-brac and much more than you can list. This warehouse area is very large, perhaps 5,000 square feet & it is full. This is not a small sale - there is a whole lot of stuff. We will try to put some pictures up on this page & more information as we get closer to the sale date.

The warehouse sale is located directly behind The Garment District on Davis Street. There is no street address for the entrance so we suggest going to The Garment District & walking 1/2 a block down Davis Street. The entrance will be your 2nd roll down door on the right. Signs will be posted the day of the sale. This warehouse is large & everyone can be let in at 9:00 AM so there is no need for numbers.

The Garment District is accessible by both subway and bus.
If using the public transportation system we recommend taking the MBTA RedLine to the Kendall/MIT station. We are only 4 blocks from the subway station and the trains run very frequently 7 days a week. If you chose to take the bus many of the bus routes do stop closer to the store. Make sure to check the bus times because their frequency varies.
